Alcohol submission

Here's the brief submission I sent to Parliament on the alcohol bill the Friday prior to the earthquake.

The only thing I'd now add to it is that Doug Sellman's proposed increasing of the drinking age would deny a beer to most members of the University of Canterbury Student Army of volunteers after a day's liquifudge shovelling. Oh, and that the office phone number won't be working for the foreseeable future.
