Please come arrest me and ignore everything I say, because I’m a bad person.’ Or ‘No, actually, I don’t know what the hell I’m talking about.’The Drug Foundation hosted Kleiman a few years ago; it's where I first heard about the 24/7 programme that seems rather effective in reducing the harms caused by harmful drinkers.
